Maintenance MANAGER - from $57,670 - $80K+ depending on experience
CHA is seeking to hire skilled, experienced Maintenance Manager.
The Covington Housing Authority is seeking an experienced professional responsible for the overall management and supervision of the CHA Maintenance Department pertaining to all grounds, buildings, equipment, activities, and functions to ensure that CHA properties and systems meet or exceed all regulatory, quality, health & safety requirements on a continuing basis.
The Maintenance Department is responsible for CHA properties located in the City of Covington (5 properties with 300+ homes and facilities)
Duties include organizing production; supervising, training, and developing maintenance staff; coordinating with program managers; and developing and maintaining procedures and systems.
The position requires field supervision of staff and contractors, proven skills in responding to clientele.
Required management skills include but not limited to creating efficiencies, strategic planning ability and a commitment to quality control.
Pay will be based on proven job experience.

Facility Maintenance TECHNICIAN from $37,210 - $54K+ depending on experience
CHA is seeking to hire skilled, self-motivated Facility and Maintenance Technician.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- HVAC Certification is a plus.
- Type E.P.A Certification preferred.
- Minimum experience in residential construction, repairs or maintenance.
- Must have driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Must successfully pass CHA background check, which includes criminal history and drug testing.
