Recent Graduates from New Leaf Visions Work Force Development

The Covington Housing Authority is proud to announce its latest successful graduates of the New Leaf Visions Work Force Development Program, Ruby Huff and Jacinda Hart. These two women completed the two-step program, beginning with a series of courses that focused on today’s industry standards and the soft skills that employers are looking for when hiring new employees. After completing the initial courses, Ruby and Jacinda “climbed the ladder” and took a series of 12 monthly individual and group coaching sessions designed to help them navigate the ins and outs of a new job. Congratulations to Ruby and Jacinda for completing this program and embarking on the road to success!
